Refund Policy

At Marven London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return under our standard policy, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

These conditions do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and assist you.

If a product is faulty or not as described, your rights under applicable UK consumer law remain protected.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return under our standard policy, including personalised or custom-made products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases.

We also do not accept standard returns on gift cards.

These exclusions do not override applicable statutory cancellation or faulty-goods rights. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return your original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for your preferred item, colour or size.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, subject to applicable consumer law. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.

Your UK Consumer Rights

For most online purchases, UK consumers have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to applicable exceptions.

Where this right applies, customers have a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying us of cancellation. Refunds will be processed within the timeframes required by law.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
